Uploaded Photos, Generated Images, and Data Retention

Photos you upload and results generated by our system are used solely to perform the image processing tools and services you requested. Without your explicit permission, we will never display your photos publicly or use them for marketing purposes.

• Access Availability: In your user dashboard, free previews are typically available for viewing for about 7 days, and paid HD results are available for viewing and download for up to 30 days. After this access window, direct download links are no longer publicly available in the dashboard.
• Account Deletion and Immediate Disconnection: You may delete your account at any time in Profile Settings. Once completed, your active sessions are immediately terminated, personal identifiers are disassociated from service records, and you will no longer be able to log in or access your creations and credits.
• Compliance, CSAM Prevention, and Audit Retention: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and illegal content, utilizing automated edge scanning and security mechanisms to identify and block harmful media. To comply with legal obligations, resolve financial refund and chargeback disputes, and prevent fraudulent abuse, necessary encrypted transaction and image generation audit records are securely retained under strict access controls for up to 360 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
