Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload or generate pornography, nudity, sexual content involving minors (CSAM), extreme violence, or non-consensual intimate imagery. We have a zero-tolerance policy. Violations result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and a permanent ban, without prior notice.
• Use the service to create unauthorized deepfakes or to infringe another person's likeness or privacy.

If your conduct causes us to be investigated, sued, or cut off by payment processors or infrastructure providers, we may recover those losses from you.

Image Storage and Access Availability

Uploaded originals and generated images are stored in access-controlled private object storage. The front-end access and download window is layered as follows:

• Free watermarked previews — typically available for viewing in your dashboard for about 7 days.
• Paid HD results — typically available for viewing and download in your dashboard for up to 30 days.

After this access window expires, files will no longer be publicly accessible or directly downloadable from the dashboard. Do not treat our service as a permanent backup storage solution; please download and save your HD creations promptly. To comply with legal obligations, resolve potential refund disputes, and prevent fraud and abuse, necessary transaction and generation records are securely retained under strict encryption and access controls in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Affiliation & Intellectual Property

PhotoToPhoto provides algorithmic image transformation, photo restoration, and artistic filtering tools based on generic, classical, and public-domain artistic styles.

PhotoToPhoto is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party entertainment companies, video game publishers, toy manufacturers, or animation studios. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing PhotoToPhoto to produce materials that infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.

Account Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may also request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings. Once completed, your active sessions and identity associations are immediately severed, and you will no longer be able to access your past creations or balances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
