Refund Policy

Try with free welcome credits — New users receive free credits upon email verification to experience commercial Pro HD generation before purchasing. If not satisfied with any result, instant self-service credit returns are available within 24 hours.

Credits and one-time purchases

• Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days of purchase, subject to review.
• Partially used credits: We may issue a partial refund for the unused portion, at our discretion.
• Mostly or fully consumed credits: Non-refundable. Consumed credits represent delivered GPU computing resources.

Subscriptions

• You may cancel anytime. Remaining time in the current billing period is not refunded, but you keep access until the period ends.
• Subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started.

Credit refunds vs cash refunds

• Credit refunds (Self-service per image): If you are not satisfied with a generated result, you can request an instant credit refund directly from your Creations gallery by opening the creation details.
  • Eligibility & Window: Available within 24 hours of image generation and settlement.
  • Monthly limit: Up to 3 times per calendar month.
  • Returned credits are immediately added back to your balance. Once refunded, the HD image will no longer be downloadable.
• Cash refunds (Order-level): Cash refunds for payment orders are reviewed individually by our support team based on credit usage (e.g., unused or partially consumed packs within 14 days of purchase). Repeated or abusive refund patterns may limit future purchases.

How to request a refund

Contact support@phototophoto.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We typically respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may restrict the account to protect against fraud and chargeback fees.
